Next, you can browse through a selection of properties that have been carefully selected by our investment team. These properties have been chosen based on their potential for generating returns through rental income and capital appreciation.

Once you’ve found a property you’re interested in, you can fund your purchase by connecting your bank account and signing the necessary documents to claim ownership of your shares.

As an investor, you’ll start earning income from future rental payments on a quarterly basis as soon as your transaction in the property is complete. You can easily track your total investment balance on your portfolio page.

At The Rainmakers, we take care of all the operational logistics involved in managing the homes, including working with tenants, handling maintenance needs, and taking care of accounting, insurance, and annual tax returns.

By purchasing share units in The Rainmakers property offering, you gain direct ownership in the specific LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) that holds the home asset. This means that if you buy, for instance, 1% of the shares in a particular property offering, you are entitled to 1% of the income of the asset as it evolves over time. These interests may include rental income or property value appreciation, among other things.
